As reported by Cobra, the great success of our Return of Light meditation on January 21st created a coherent consciousness signal across the universe that got the attention of the Cosmic Central Race. This race has begun to focus its attention on the liberation of planet Earth because now there is enough consciousness on the surface of the planet that makes cooperation with such evolved beings possible.
Cosmic Central Race beings are contacting the most advanced members of the surface population in their meditations, dreams and visions. They are also coming to our solar system and cooperating with the Light Forces from the Jupiter Command, Ashtar Command, Atlantis Command, Pleiadian, Sirian and Andromedan Fleets, the Resistance Movement, positive Agarthan factions and certain special forces called SURFACOM.

Here are the instructions for this meditation:
1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.
2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool for planetary liberation.
3. Visualize beings from the Cosmic Central Race emanating from the Cosmic Central Sun, then being dispersed through Central Suns of all galaxies in this universe. Then visualize these beings entering through the Galactic Central Sun, then going through Alcyone Pleiadian stargate, then going through the Sirius stargate, then entering our Solar System and being positioned inside our Solar System in a flower of life mandala, and then connecting with all Light Forces above the surface, below the surface, and on the surface of our planet Earth.
4. Visualize beings from the Cosmic Central Race transmuting all remaining darkness of this Universe until only Light remains. Visualize a new grand cosmic cycle beginning, bringing pure Light, Love and Happiness to all beings in the entire Universe.
To help strengthen the connection with the Cosmic Central Sun, you may also add the visualization of the pillar of Light emanating from the Cosmic Central Sun in other meditations, before visualizing the pillar of Light emanating from the Galactic Central Sun.
